There is a special friend of mine who was called away from this world to be with you, his name is John A. Carver (also known as JC). Please watch over and take extra care of him because he is a good hearted man and is a special friend of mine. JC was 44 years old when he left this world to be with you on June 18, 1995. You must have had something special in mind for him when you took him so early in life. I guess I will never know the reason why or understand how it could have happened to someone as special as John.

JC was the type of person that would never complain and always handled what life would deal him, good or bad. If you would ask him, "How are you feeling?", his answer would always be the same "I feel fine". Nothing ever seemed to bother him or he never let it show. JC never left anyone know how he was really feeling. He was a very private person, a good listener and would help his friends or family out whenever necessary. He was "stubborn" at times, but when he believed in something he stood by what he believed in and NO ONE could ever change his mind. He was a man of HONOR and was loved by all.

JC never had a mean bone in his body, he was a very honest, loyal, and never held any grudges. There are so many things I miss about him like his great big "bear hugs", pleasant smile, his kind ways and most of all his FRIENDSHIP. If you can ever find a special friend like JC, you will want to hang on to them because true friends are hard to find. I will never forget the friendship and will cherish the memories forever.

I know that you are taking special care of him because he is one of your children now. I will always remember the good times that we had in work and hope that he is free from the pain he never showed. JC, life is not the same since you left this world and you will always be missed and loved.
